Diagnostics Costs? Same/next Day
  • Hard Drive diagnostics fee £10.

Do You Charge Call Out Fee?
Yes we do charge an hour call out fee. Most of our onsite jobs are completed within an hour. We will still charge if in rare case the job can not be completed for any reason or customer do not want to complete the job.
Do you offer no fix no fee?
Yes we do, this applies if we are unable to repair the problem we diagnosed then there is no charge for the repairs we quoted separately. if you decided not to go ahead with the repair then only diagnostics fee is charged, No Fix No Fee does not apply to onsite support as we normally charge call out even if the job can not be completed and/or require more time.
How long will the repair take?
We always endeavour to complete a job within 24 hours. Some PC or Laptops may take a bit longer if new parts are needed, which we do not have in stock. If this is the case we keep you updated with an estimated time of repair.
Will my data be safe?
Yes, normally we do not touch data while carrying out any repairs to your Apple, Windows or smart PC. But we strongly recommend that you make backup yourself to avoid any vital data loss as we do not take any responsibilty / liability for any data loss.
What is your hourly rate for repairs and upgrades?
All work carried out in the workshop is charged at a set rate, depend on the job. For all work carried out at your premises is charged by the hour.
How Long is the Warranty?
  • All repairs covered for 30 days warranty (Only for the same issue we repaired).
  • All new computers / parts covered for 30 days warranty (No physical damages covered).
  • All used computers / parts covered for 15 days warranty (No physical damages covered).
What do you require to carry out the repair?
To carry out a repair on a desktop computer, we will repair the computer tower. If it is a laptop we will require the laptop and power adapter to carry out the repair.
Can you upgrade my laptop or desktop?
Yes we can, we can upgrade RAM, Operating System, Hard Disk Drive, Graphics.
Do you offer a same day service?
Yes, most of repairs are same day, but some repairs take bit longer so that might be next day, this is offered to both residential and businesses, who require there pc back the same day or next day. This service is only available for work carried out in the workshop and pc dropped off before 11.30am.
Do you replace laptop screens?
Yes, We do same day service for most of the standard laptop screen and next day service for some models.
Can You Repair Motherboards?
Yes, we are able to repair any make or model's motherboard if repairable. Quickly fixed if possiable but usually it takes around 5 to 7 working days. We provide two months warranty for this repairs.
